In This Very *Moment* - a Gentle Reminder

Being *present* is one of the greatest assignments of our current society
There will always be things that need doing, cleaning, fixing
goals that want achieving, expectations (own, family, community, world) to strive for
and new things to buy, want, *need*
Sometimes being present can be uncomfortable as we may hear and truly feel things we are afraid of hearing and feeling. Hence why distractions are so tempting. Our internal dialogue, fears, pain.
In presence we can learn what it is to really be alive, the incredible gift of life.
I’m always learning to be present - forgetting then remembering. Forgetting then remembering. To take in the moment and savour it.
