Nourished Temple is a wellness hub for conscious living! This is a haven of information and inspiration to help live our BEST lives.  I am a Dr of Chinese Medicine, an acupuncturist, a herbalist, a yoga teacher (and forever student !) and the creator of ILA + AVA, a handmade organic vegan skincare range.  


I am also a big believer in living your truth, creating a life you love and feeling nourished on ALL levels, all while respecting Mama Earth!   I create easy nourishing recipes, wellness wisdom, at home yoga and movement classes, grounding meditations and informative online programs, all just a click away.  Nourished Temple is a culmination of everything I live by, follow in my daily life and share with my clients and I would love to share it all with YOU!
