I am a Dr of Chinese Medicine, an acupuncturist, a herbalist, a yoga teacher (and forever student !) and the creator of ILA + AVA, a handmade organic vegan skincare range.
I am also a big believer in living your truth, creating a life you love and feeling nourished on ALL levels, all while respecting Mama Earth! I create easy to make nourishing recipes, wellness wisdom, at home yoga and movement classes, grounding meditations and informative online programs, all just a click away.
