Welcome to Nourished Temple, a wellness hub for conscious living! Nourished Temple is a haven for information and inspiration to help live our BEST lives.  I am a Dr of Chinese Medicine, an acupuncturist, a herbalist, a yoga teacher (and forever student !) and the creator of ILA + AVA, a handmade organic vegan skincare range.  

 

I am also a big believer in living your truth, creating a life you love and feeling nourished on ALL levels, all while respecting Mama Earth!   I create  easy to make nourishing recipes, wellness wisdom, at home yoga and movement classes, grounding meditations and informative online programs, all just a click away.  Nourished Temple is a culmination of everything I live by and follow in my daily life and I would love to share it all with YOU! 

Miriam is a very caring and supportive holistic health practitioner. I first went to see her about a year ago to help with low energy, hoping to boost my immune system and later for relief of severe lower back pain. Taking a holistic, patient-centred apporach, Miriam is very thorough in getting to the root of the problem. Her treatments have greatly benefitted my health and wellbeing and as a side bonus my periods and digestion have also much improved. Thank you Miriam, for the wonderful work you do!
