I am a Dr of Chinese Medicine, acupuncturist, herbalist, yoga teacher (and forever student !) a passionate plantbased foodie and the creator of ILA + AVA, a handmade organic vegan skincare range. I'm also a big believer in living our truth, creating an abundant and fun life we love, and respecting our mama Earth!
Nourished Temple is a culmination of everything I live by and follow in my daily life. It's what I have learnt and collected along my own wellness journey, both personally and professionally and I would love to share this with YOU !
